Hydraulic Coil Spreader HCS / MO
The Hydraulic coil spreader is most versatile machine as it forms shapes and spreads the loop both light and heavy sections into diamond shaped coils quickly from small 300 - 10000 HP.
Hydraulic coil spreading machine is rotating arm type. Rotation of arm is identical to stator axis All dimension of coil are transferred direct to the machine.  

This principle of operation make coil spread in natural form. Thus also avoid strain on copper and slipping of conductor in overhang. No hand forming required for overhang. Scales are provided for repeatability.
