MICA UNDER CUTTING MACHINE

The Model –MU under cutter was designed for use in the electrical repair shops for undercutting the mica insulation between commutator bars on small to medium DC motor armatures.

CONDUCTOR STRAIGHTENING AND CUTTING MACHINE
The machine is designed to straighten and cut copper strips/ rectangular, bare/insulated conductor to predetermined length. Straight conductors ease every other operation in making an armature coil/slip ring rotor bars. Conductor fit together ,form together and the result is a superior coil.

ELECTRIC CURING OVEN
Electric curing oven is manufactured with rigid and sturdy construction for drying out and curing the applied varnish on Electric Motors and Transformers. Nine standard size oven are available with Internal capacity from 0.6 to 36 Cubic meter. Non standard sizes can be manufactured.
