INSULATION CUTTER
 This
is a hand operated guillotine blade (Counter balanced) fitted on a
robust table of steel. This is suitable for cutting flexible
insulation sheet or similar material such as letheroid, milinex,
glass cloth, nomex, mica, polyster etc.
A foot operated clamp is fitted to hold the material firmly in
position when cutting takes place .A scale is fitted to a right
angle bar and an adjustable stop to ensure the repeated accuracy of
the cut size.

Induction Heaters are ideally suited for heating Bearings and
other Torque Transmitting Components like gears and couplings
requiring interference fit. Bearing of all types and sizes including
the Greased and Sealed types can be conveniently and safely heated
for trouble free mounting.
The machine in designed and
manufactured to remove insulation from copper wire and strips prior
to soldering and brazing operations with the contra rotating wire
brushes driven by FHP motors . The top wire brush is adjustable .
Hands are free for conductor cleaning.
